Transcript Request

Use the resources below to order your official and unofficial transcripts. 如果你 do not have your LancerPoint login information, you will need to follow the process for "Former Students."

Official 成绩单

You can order your official transcripts 通过 LancerPoint following the steps below:

  1. 登录 to your LancerPoint account.
  2. Go to the 成绩单 and 记录 card.
  3. Click on Order Official 成绩单 & GE Certification.
  4. Click on Transcript Order form.
  5. You will be transferred to the Parchment website, follow the steps listed there. 

Unofficial 成绩单

You can print a copy of your unofficial transcripts 通过 LancerPoint following the steps below:

  1. 登录 to your LancerPoint account.
  2. Go to the 成绩单 and 记录 card.
  3. Click on View My Unofficial Transcript and follow the steps to print a copy. 在那里 is no fee for an unofficial transcript.

Did you recently attend PCC?

As a former PCC student, you will still have access to your LancerPoint Account for a minimum of two semesters after you last attended PCC. 如果你 still have your LancerPoint Account information, you should follow the transcript request process for current 学生. 如果你 do not, follow the steps below. 

Official 成绩单

如果你 do not have a LancerPoint account, you can order your transcripts 通过 our 在线系统 . You will be transferred to the Parchment website to order your transcripts. 

Unofficial 成绩单

如果你 are a former 学生 without a LancerPoint account, you will not be able to print your unofficial transcripts. Instead, you should order a copy of your official transcripts 通过 our 在线系统 .

Transcript Terms

Before ordering a copy of your transcripts, please review the following processes:

  • The cost for an official transcript is $5 per copy.
  • Your transcripts will be mailed as a hard copy or sent electronically (if available) after you have placed an order.
  • We cannot hold transcripts for any changes or additions (i.e. hold for final grades, grade changes, degrees posted, etc.). You must wait until all changes are finalized before you order your transcript.
  • All transcript orders must be placed online.
  • 如果你 attended Pasadena City College before 1983, your records are offline which will require additional processing time.
